This page allows Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to register for the new Online Self Service License Maintenance and Renewal tools.

To register, you will need your myBELTSS Self Service Introduction letter from the State Of Ohio Board of Executives of Long Term Services and Supports (BELTSS). This letter provides your Username and your Temporary Password that you will need to register for this website.

Using the myBELTSS Website, you will be able to:

• See your Renewal Deadlines
• Record your Continuing Education Units (CEs) and upload Certificates of Completion for CEs. You can record your CEs and upload your Certificates as soon as you complete them.
• View timely information on the status and acceptability of your CEs toward meeting your Continuing Education requirements.
• Monitor your progress toward meeting your Continuing Education requirements.
• Apply for your License Renewal.
• Download and print your yearly License Renewal Invoice to include with your License Renewal Payment.

To begin this process, you must perform the following steps:

1. Enter the User Id and Temporary Password from your MyBeltss Introduction letter.
2. Create a new password that conforms to the password rules.
3. Enter your Personal Email Address

Why do we want your personal email address? This Website will use email to keep you informed of important license related events and website access events such as:

• The acceptance of CEs (or issues with CEs).
• The Lost Password Reset Process.
• Events regarding annual license payment and your license renewal application

After you complete this page, you will receive an email at the email address you provided. This email will contain an email verification code. You will need to provide this code on the next page, to prove that you have received the email.
